RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a seven (7) day return policy. Is you are not satisfied with your artwork, no problem, we want you to be happy with your piece.
Original artworks, posters and limited editions, are to be shipped back to Colleen Ross's art studio. For all other bespoke products, return addresses will be provided with the shipment. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with the the return shipment.
SHIPPING POLICY
In general we ship our art either crated, rolled in a tube, or for smaller artworks in a reinforced cardboard box. Once we receive your purchase, we have a professional art shipper that will package and ship your art via FedEx, UPS or Freight, depending upon the size of your piece. You will receive an email with a tracking number, once your piece has been shipped.

RESALES & APPRAISALS
Currently Colleen Ross Fine Art does not offer resale services or listing services for older Colleen Ross artworks. We recommend an accredited secondary market resale service such as www.artbrokerage.com .
Can you Authenticate my artwork?
For most pieces, if we are provided good photos, we can provide a cursory evaluation as to whether or not your piece is an authentic Colleen Ross artwork. For name, history and back ground information, we charge a base fee of $100 to reserach your artwork.
Can you provide a duplicate COA?
For pieces sold directly from the studio, we can provide a COA for a $100 service fee.
REPAIRS
We do repair older Colleen Ross artworks. Usually the damage involces scratches or cuts through the canvas.
Yes. We work with both insurance brokers and individuals to facilitate the repair.
How much do repairs cost?
Expect a minimum of $1000 for a repair. If a piece has significant damage and can be repaired, costs can be as much as $8000. We have dealt with water damage, mold, scratches, deep slices and cracks. We can provide a thorough assessment or a referral for your repair. All repairs are provided with a certification by Colleen Ross stating the value of the repaired artwork.
How long do repairs take?
It depends. Some repairs can be addressed in a month, others can take up to 6 months.
