Payment Plans & Store Policies


We offer a seven (7) day return policy. Is you are not satisfied with your artwork, no problem, we want you to be happy with your piece.

How do I ship my order back to you?
Original artworks, posters and limited editions, are to be shipped back to Colleen Ross's art studio. For all other bespoke products, return addresses will be provided with the shipment. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with the the return shipment.



In general we ship our art either crated, rolled in a tube, or for smaller artworks in a reinforced cardboard box. Once we receive your purchase, we have a professional art shipper that will package and ship your art via FedEx, UPS or Freight, depending upon the size of your piece. You will receive an email with a tracking number, once your piece has been shipped.

Where do you ship to?

We ship across the US and Internationally. Please note, Colleen Ross Fine Art is not responsible for any VATs or Tariff fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will my order take?

Most pieces ship within a week and are shipped UPS ground. For small artworks, posters or serigraphs, packing time is 1-2 days. For larger pieces that require crating and freight shipping, expect 2 weeks to process your order. For bespoke products from Printful and Fine Art America, production time is 8-10 days and then shipping is 3-5 days after shipment.


Currently Colleen Ross Fine Art does not offer resale services or listing services for older Colleen Ross artworks. We recommend an accredited secondary market resale service.

Can you appraise my old artwork?
We can provide a limited appraisal service. Base price is $500.
Can you Authenticate my artwork?
For most pieces, if we are provided good photos, we can provide a cursory evaluation as to whether or not your piece is an authentic Colleen Ross artwork.
Can you provide a duplicate COA?
For pieces sold directly from the studio, we can provide a COA for a $50 service fee.


We do repair older Colleen Ross artworks. Usually the damage involces scratches or cuts through the canvas.

Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work with both insurance brokers and individuals to facilitate the repair.
How much do repairs cost?
Expect a minimum of $1000 for a repair. If a piece has significant damage and can be repaired, costs can be as much as $8000. We have dealt with water damage, mold, scratches, deep slices and cracks. We can provide a thorough assessment or a referral for your repair. All repairs are provided with a certification by Colleen Ross stating the value of the repaired artwork.
How long do repairs take?
It depends. Some repairs can be addressed in a month, others can take up to 6 months.
Colleen Ross Fine Art accepts Monthly Payments for purchasing Artwork. We work with our clients to set-up the what is most comfortable for them. These are NO INTEREST payments and if you require a different payment schedule and/or adjustment, just let us know; we do not charge penalties for late payments. We are flexible and work with our clients to provide them with the best options.
We accept Partail.Ly and PayPal payment plans.
Once payment is received in full, your new beautiful piece of artwork will be shipped to you!
